This is a cake request form, if you have not paid an invoice, received pickup instructions and confirmation from me, you do not have a cake order placed with me.

For custom cake flavors or gluten-free/dairy-free options please email me HERE :-) ** please keep in mind if you are ordering a gluten-free cake - we specialize in croissants (which means there is gluten everywhere in our kitchen) and there is always a risk of cross contamination!
